The staff are very very helpful and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. The location is excellent, as the hotel is based very close to Union Square. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Zare that 

I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in downtown San Francisco and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, situated in the financial district and away from the steep hills. It was also close to various shops and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the 

Magnificent and prime location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. The efficient staff provided all the necessary info. The deluxe king room was impressive and the bed was perfect.

They asked to pay usd 10 per 24 hours to get access to the net, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

Beds and pillows in my deluxe king room were comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious and it had hair dryers, complimentary toiletries and bath robes for my convenience. The location of the hotel was prime - within easy walking
